Why we built Moosou
My partner and I kept our shared budget in a spreadsheet we had made just for us. It worked. Finding the time to keep it up to date did not. We both work full time and have a small child, so receipts piled up for a month or two, and then one of us spent an evening, one or two hours, typing everything in at once.
I thought: this should take seconds, not evenings. So I built Moosou. You say what you bought or snap the receipt, and the AI fills in the rest. Now our budget is up to date the same day, and nobody has to catch up on a whole month.

Questions
Does Moosou connect to my bank?
No. You add entries yourself, by voice, photo or typing. Nothing is read from your bank account.
Can I use it alone?
Yes. Keep a budget on your own and invite your partner whenever you like.
What happens after the two free months?
To keep using Moosou, choose a monthly or yearly subscription. Nothing is charged automatically: the trial needs no card.
Where is my data?
On a server in Toronto, Canada. Voice recordings and receipt photos are deleted automatically after a while; the text read from them stays. Moosou shows no ads and sells no data.
Which languages does it speak?
The app is in English, French and German, and it understands voice notes in all three.
